INTRODUCTION &
DESCRIPTION
The digital blood analyzer is designed
to make the analysis simple. The cumbersome
step of calculations is deleted. The final
result of unknown test will be displayed
directly in concentration. There is no
need of any calculations. However optical
density (O.D.) switch is also given in
case of optical density is required to
cross check the reading at any time. A
micro controller has been incorporated
in the system for accuracy precision and
reproducibility of findings.
Best quality eight numbers of optical
built in glass filters are included in
the equipment to cover complete visible
range of wavelength from 400 nm to 700
nm. The wavelength can be set by rotation
of the filter wheel. The system works
with square cuvette and only 1 ml reagent
to be used. This analyzer, also operate
on 12 V battery. The very important feature
of this system is that the instrument
can be run in two different modes i.e.
STD or NON STD modes.
STD Mode : In STD mode, the user has to
put standard solution, i.e. known CONC.
of STD has to be fed every time for testing.
NON STD Mode :
The need of using standard solution daily
is simply overcome by feeding the O.D.
of the STD solution by using BLANK only.

i. • Switch
ON the instrument (Given on Right hand of
the machine)
- Display will show ‘K – Blood
Analyzer’.
- Scanning starts, SUGAR, UREA, ……..

ii. • To stop PRESS K1 at desired
TEST.
• It can restart by pressing K1 again.
• It can advance/retreat in steps
i.e. one by one by pressing K4 and K3, resp.
iii. • PRESS K2 ENTER
- Display will show MEASUREMENT
iv. • Select MEASUREMENT/CALIBRATION
by K1.
